Why eight stages?
Here's the honest answer.

Not eight because it's a nice number. Eight because that's how many distinct shifts actually happen — in that order — when real, lasting change occurs. I didn't design the stages. I mapped what I kept seeing happen, again and again, with every person who made a genuine shift.

The sequence is not arbitrary. Stage 1 always has to happen before Stage 2 can land. Stage 3 depends on Stage 2. You can't skip Values (Stage 4) and actually get to Release (Stage 5). You can't skip Release and get to Design (Stage 6). I tried to shortcut it for people. It never worked.

"At school you get the lesson first and then the test. In life it's completely the opposite — you get the test first and then the lesson. The Self Blueprint is the lesson."

The most important stage. Feeling and releasing the old story — not just understanding it, but letting it go through the body with HeartMath fully engaged.

Design — Creating Your New Story
Building the new story. Values-anchored Future I Am Statements, Dreamscaping, and writing the full narrative of the life you're choosing to live.

Implementation — Learning to Be the New You
The Choice Point framework. Habit design built for low motivation. The Relapse Protocol. The daily practice structure. Stage 7 is how the new story becomes your actual life.

Mastery — Personal Mastery and Living the New Story
Not a finish line. The beginning of a way of living. The Mastery Reflection, the ongoing daily practice, and the commitment to keep showing up. Intention becomes natural here.
