This is where the whole thing starts. And here’s why it pays to learn from someone who has been through this process before — I know exactly where you’re going to get stuck. Knowing that is going to save you a lot of time, frustration and stress working it out alone.

We start at the core of all your challenges: your Concept of Self. How you created it. And the three levels that control the way your life unfolds.

Most people have never consciously observed themselves. They’ve reacted, responded, performed — but never truly stopped to look at the operating system running underneath it all. Foundation is that first look. It’s not always comfortable. But it is absolutely necessary. And the gold lies in the places you’re not yet prepared to go.

THE SCIENCE

Relational Frame Theory (Hayes, Barnes-Holmes & Roche, 2001) explains that our I Am Statements are not isolated thoughts — they form interconnected webs of meaning, each one reinforcing the next. The I Am Statements you carry became fused with your sense of self so gradually you never noticed it happening. That’s exactly what Foundation makes visible.

What you work through in Stage 1

Your Concept of Self — surfaced
Through the I Am Statements and I Am Evaluations process, you surface the exact language your subconscious has been using to define you. These aren’t just words. They are the architecture of how you’ve been experiencing everything.
The three levels of self
Level 1: your Concept of Self — the story-version of you. Level 2: your ongoing process of awareness. Level 3: the Observing Self — the part of you that watches, clear and conscious. This is where real change becomes possible.
How your belief system was programmed
You’ll uncover how easily your belief system was built — often without any conscious awareness it was happening. Knowing the mechanism is the first step to changing it.
The Story you created
Learn how you created a Story by building relational frameworks in your subconscious mind — and how that Story became the identity you’ve been living inside of.
Awareness as the starting point
Now you have awareness of how you got here, you can start moving toward the person you want to become. That’s exactly what the remaining eight stages are built for.
