Your Values Inventory
Read through 30 values slowly, with your heart rather than your head. Circle or highlight whichever ten genuinely land — trust your first response over the "correct-sounding" one.
"Every journey toward an intentional life begins with a single step."
Explore Shop →Most people can't name their top five values without being asked properly.
That's exactly why life starts to feel quietly off.
The Values Audit is a guided five-part process — not a five-minute quiz. Find a quiet spot, grab a pen instead of your keyboard, and give it 45 honest minutes. What you'll have at the end is your real top 5 values, the gap between them and how you're actually living, and one concrete action for each.
Most of us absorbed our values from our family, our culture, our experiences — and then lived from them without ever consciously checking whether they're actually ours. The result is a life that looks fine from the outside and feels subtly off from the inside. A quiet dissonance between who you sense you could be, and who you're actually being day to day.
A values audit is the structured process of getting honest about that gap. Not a quiz that hands you a label in ninety seconds — a guided process that asks you to circle, narrow, score, and question your way to something real, then put one concrete action against it.
It won't take long. But it does require honesty. The kind that changes things.
Read through 30 values slowly, with your heart rather than your head. Circle or highlight whichever ten genuinely land — trust your first response over the "correct-sounding" one.
Narrow your ten down to the five that resonate most deeply. For each one, write a short reflection on why it matters and what living fully from it would actually look like.
Score how fully you're currently living each of your top 5, from 1 to 10. Be honest — the gap isn't a failure, it's where the actual work lives.
For anything scoring 6 or below, four questions go underneath the score: what belief is holding you back, when you first learned it, what you'd need to let go of, and what closing the gap would actually cost and give you.
For each of your top 5, name one small, concrete action you could take in the next 7 days that moves you closer to living from it fully — with a date attached.
A printable guide, written by Andy, that walks you through all five parts — the full 30-value inventory, the narrowing exercise, the Alignment Audit scoring pages, the Story Behind the Gap questions, and your 7-day action plan. Nothing held back.

Your Alignment Audit score isn't a report card. A 4 out of 10 on a value doesn't mean you're failing at life — it means that's exactly where your attention is needed next, not where your guilt should go.
Look for the pattern across your five scores. Whichever values have the biggest gap are the ones worth taking into Part 4 — the Story Behind the Gap. That's where you find the actual belief underneath the gap, not just the symptom of it. And once you've named one small 7-day action from Part 5, do that before you try to fix everything at once.
Gives you a label — "you're a Growth person" — based on a handful of multiple-choice answers. Quick, a bit fun, and largely forgotten within a week.
Walks you through narrowing thirty values to five, scoring how honestly you're living each one, and naming a real 7-day action. Slower, more honest, built to be acted on rather than just read.
This Audit is the self-guided front door to something the full course goes much deeper on. The Story Behind the Gap (Part 4) is the beginning of what the course calls your I AM work — the deep identity beliefs that are actually running your experience of life, not just the values sitting on top of them.
The First Step programme ($297) takes you through the first three stages of the Self Blueprint — the foundation work that builds on exactly what you've started here. The full Self Blueprint ($1,197) goes through all eight stages: understanding how your story was formed, where it's serving you, where it's quietly holding you back, and building a new one grounded in the values you've just named.
"The life you're living right now is a perfect expression of the story you've been telling about yourself. When you change the story — when you ground it in your deepest values rather than your oldest wounds — everything changes."
