Each stage is a distinct piece of developmental work. Each creates the specific conditions the next requires. The sequence is not arbitrary — it is the architecture of how human beings actually change.
Most people have never consciously observed themselves. They’ve reacted, responded, performed — but never truly stopped to look at the operating system beneath it all. Stage 1 is that first look.
Through the I Am Statements and I Am Evaluations process, you surface the exact language your subconscious has been using to define you. These are not just words. They are the architecture of your Concept of Self — the lens through which you have been experiencing everything.
This is the cornerstone of the entire programme. Without it, every stage that follows has nothing to build on.

Your I Am Statements didn’t exist in isolation. They connected. They formed narratives. Those narratives became your Story — the account you carry of who you are, what happened to you, and what is possible for you.
Stage 2 makes this process visible. You write your story, fact-check it by separating what actually happened from the meaning you layered on top, and then rewrite it using the exact same facts. The lights come on.
When you see that the same facts can tell two completely different stories, something shifts that cannot be undone. The story was never the truth. It was always an interpretation.

Stage 3 is where the intellectual framework catches up with the experiential work. The model: Thoughts → Feelings → Experiences → Habits → Traits → Personality → Identity. You’ve been living this chain. Now you can see it.
The connection between your thoughts, feelings, habits and identity becomes undeniable. You understand fused beliefs — where the same trigger always produces the same automatic response — and the mental flexibility that makes genuine conscious choice possible.
And here is the liberating part: the exact same process works in reverse. New thoughts, consistently held, build a new identity. This is the neuroscience behind everything that follows.

Before you can design a new story, you need to know what genuinely matters to you. Not what should matter — not what your family, your industry, or your culture assigned to you. What actually, at-your-core, matters.
In ACT, values are not goals. They are directions of travel — ongoing, living commitments about how you want to show up. And they are the anchor that makes your new story hold. Without Stage 4, everything designed in Stage 6 is built on sand. With it, the new story has roots.

Right about here is where all the emotions start showing up. Guilt. Fear. Shame. Blame. The victim mindset. That’s okay — it is completely normal. You built your current life with no idea how your Concept of Self was being created. If you didn’t know then — how can you be to blame?

This is my favourite part of the whole programme. I can remember when I was going through the creation of my new life — my mind running wild with dreams and desires, the vision for the future and the person I really wanted to become. You’ve got the new story. Now we work out how to actually live it. This is where a lot of personal development falls over — people get inspired, write the vision, feel the shift, and then six weeks later nothing has changed. Stage 7 makes sure that’s not you.
Insight alone doesn’t change behaviour. The old neural pathways are still there — still fast, still well-worn. Stage 7 gives you the Choice Point framework, a habit design system built for low motivation, a four-step Relapse Protocol, and a daily practice structure — morning, midday, evening — that makes all of it sustainable.
You don’t finish Stage 7. You inhabit it. Every day is Stage 7.
