Free 7-Day Challenge
Seven days.
One week that changes how you see
the life you're living.
Each morning for one week, a short, focused email lands in your inbox — one practice, one reflection, one concrete shift. By Day 7 you'll have a working system for how you want to live.
Here's the thing
You can't close a gap you haven't honestly measured.
Most of us have never sat down and directly compared the life we say we want with the choices we're actually making. Not because we don't care — but because nobody ever gave us a structured way to do it.
That's what this seven-day challenge does. Each day introduces one practice. Day 1 you measure the gap. By Day 7, you've moved through the first complete cycle of the Self Blueprint framework — from awareness, through the tools to shift it, to a committed first action.
Believe me — the insight doesn't come from thinking about it. It comes from doing the work.
The Seven Days
Seven practices. Seven shifts.
The Gap
Compare the life you say you want with the choices you're actually making. The distance between them is where the work lives.
The Coherent State
Learn the HeartMath heart-focused breathing technique — the single most important skill in the programme. You can't see yourself clearly from a dysregulated nervous system.
The Story
Surface the narrative running your behaviour. Not a lie — a story that made sense when it formed and may no longer be serving the life you're trying to design.
The Values
Audit the twelve domains. See clearly which values are driving your actual choices — and which ones you've been paying lip service to.
The Vision
Design the life from the inside out. Not goals — a direction. Not a plan — a compass point that your daily choices can start moving toward.
The Release
Identify what's holding you in place. The patterns, stories, and secondary gains that make the familiar feel safer than the life you're designing.
The First Action
Commit to one specific action that produces real evidence — to yourself — that you're beginning to live differently. Small enough to be certain. Significant enough to matter.
What You'll Have at the End
Not inspiration. Actual tools.
By Day 7, you'll have moved through the first full cycle of the Self Blueprint framework. You'll have something most people never have:
Clarity
An honest picture of the gap between the life you say you want and the one you're living.
A Skill
The HeartMath coherence technique — a practice you can use every morning from Day 2 forward.
A Reference Point
Where you started. In writing. Because that document has value when you look back in three months.
A First Step
One committed action. Not a plan — an actual first move from the life you're leaving toward the one you're designing.
"The capacity to live intentionally is not a trait. It is a trained skill. This week is the beginning of the training."— Andy Fox
