A few slow breaths to come inside your window first. Nothing else works from outside it.

A free guided body scan to find where an old I Am story lives, and start loosening its grip.
"I'm not good enough." "I have to hold it all together." "I'm too much." Most of us have a line like that running quietly in the background. We can see it. We can explain where it came from. And it still runs the show.
Here's why. A story like that isn't only a thought. It has a body signature: a tight chest, a knot in the gut, shoulders that never quite drop. Change the thought without meeting the feeling, and it comes straight back.
This audio walks you through finding that feeling. Gently. At your pace. It draws on what philosopher Eugene Gendlin called the felt sense: that wordless, whole-body knowing that sits underneath the words. If you've read The Body Keeps the Score and wondered what to actually do next, this is a place to start.
Four movements, in order. You won't be asked to relive anything.
A few slow breaths to come inside your window first. Nothing else works from outside it.
Pick one I Am statement that's been running your life. Say it quietly to yourself.
Scan from head to toe and notice where it shows up. Heavy, tight, hollow, hot. You're finding it, not fixing it.
Keep a little attention there, the way you'd sit with a friend who's upset, then let your breath move through it.
This audio is a small taste of Stages 5 and 6 of The Self Blueprint: Release, where you feel the old story properly and let it go, and Design, where you build a new one your body can believe too. All long-lasting change happens at the identity level, and identity is something you feel as much as think.
Not sure where you're starting from? The free Stage Assessment takes four minutes and shows you which stage to begin with.
A note on safety: This is coaching and education, not therapy. If you have a trauma history, or you regularly experience flashbacks, panic attacks or long stretches of numbness, please do this work with a trauma-informed psychologist or counsellor. If anything stirs up more than it settles, stop and reach out. In crisis, call Lifeline on 13 11 14, or 000 in an emergency. This is somatic practice, not somatic therapy.
